Send the invoice. Get paid on it.
A proper VAT invoice your customer can open, read and pay on the page
— by card or by bank transfer. It chases the late ones for you,
marks itself paid, and hands you your VAT figure at the end of the
period.
Invoicing, payments and VAT for Irish and European businesses.
What Kayment does
- Your customer opens a link and pays the invoice on that page — no Kayment account and no sign-in on their side. The tax is broken out per rate, and it prints.
- Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe, plus the bank rails of the invoice's currency — SEPA Direct Debit on euro, Bacs and open banking on sterling, ACH on dollars.
- Payments land in your own Stripe account. We never hold your balance.
- Automatic payment reminders on a schedule you set, and AI-drafted collection emails that you read and approve before anything sends.
- Deposits and part payments: ask for part of it up front, and the balance is tracked and asked for automatically.
- Recurring billing for retainers and subscriptions.
- Xero sync — invoices at issue, payments as they land, credit notes on refund, each line at its real VAT rate.
- Your VAT3 sales figure at the end of the period, on the invoice basis or the cash-receipts basis.
- Invoice in EUR, GBP or USD.
